CUSTOM DESIGN

While many companies offer large-scale fabrications for construction projects, Peachland designs and fabricates the often overlooked custom scopes.  We cover the details often left out of most major contracts. Some of the items we are often called upon to design, fabricate and erect include miscellaneous steel and site-specific pieces, including rails, stairs, angle clips and braces. We also specialize in custom design and fabrication of process piping and equipment for industrial and commercial fluid systems. Our team stands ready to fabricate and erect custom designs.

Peachland performs all design work in-house, allowing for a streamlined plan to evolve and be implemented according to your needs without having to collaborate with outside design firms. As a result, the design is correct from the start and we know how to efficiently and effectively plan and execute fabrication and erection activities.  Our dedication to safety, quality and detail saves our clients time, aggravation and dollars by doing it once and doing it right.

IMPLEMENTATION

We start by providing a competitive bid for your project, along with a detailed and comprehensive production plan.  We’ll take your 2D designs and create a 3D model so that you can fully conceptualize the final product or piping system. This provides the opportunity to see a physical, scaled representation of the entire system or part.  You will receive completely custom-built parts that are built to your specifications.

STRUCTURAL AND MISCELLANEOUS STEEL

The Structural and Miscellaneous Steel category can be one of the toughest aspects of any project, but our commitment to our client is to make this scope of work as seamless as possible. Our dedication to quality and our expert knowledge in planning and producing parts to your exact specifications will make a challenging project with complex elements easy to manage. As buildings are being constructed, we can also produce items on an as needed basis.

PROCESS SKIDS AND PIPE FABRICATION

Our planning, methodology, approach and foresight as we fabricate small to medium sized piping skids, parts and equipment, saves our clients both time and money. We adhere to critical production schedules while accommodating overall construction and trade activities and can determine potential scheduling pitfalls early in the production phase.

POWER PIPING CONSULTATION & ERECTION ASSESSMENTS

Peachland offers assessment of critical piping systems and formulates plans for mitigation as needed, on new and existing power utility sites. We’ll assess misalignment at Boiler Feed Pumps, Turbine Nozzles, Steam and Mud drums and any equipment or piping connections where stress or alignment is an issue. Ultimately, we produce a cost effective plan to repair improperly installed critical piping.
